Inspiring people to reconnect with their core self, identify their purpose, and unlock their passions is at the heart of my work. Whether I’m serving as an executive coach, facilitator, speaker, or transformation consultant, you’ll experience the same grounded and human-centered approach. I believe meaningful transformation happens when we work with the whole person. By integrating strategy, leadership, and performance with mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Alongside my consulting work, I also bring experience as a sound therapist, breathwork facilitator, and energy worker, helping individuals and teams cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and alignment. For over 20 years, I've partnered with individuals, leaders, and organizations navigating high-stakes change across global enterprises, national nonprofits, and entrepreneurial ventures. What I've learned is this: the most effective leaders aren't just strategically sharp. These leaders are curious, grounded, and deeply connected. They listen inward as much as they respond outward. My work lives in that space where awareness deepens into alignment and intention unfolds into clear, purposeful action. ​ The through-line across every engagement is the same: connecting business, technology, and people to co-create solutions that deliver both measurable results and lasting impact. Leaders I partner with are often navigating large-scale transformations such as organizational design, ways of working, change strategy, leadership onboarding, and enterprise-wide adoption. This work impacts thousands of people and requires someone who can hold complexity while keeping the human experience at the center. ​ I first discovered this intersection at a pivotal point in my career while working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Best Buy. I was building forecasting models, redesigning financial reporting processes, and repeatedly tapped to help implement new technologies and translate complex systems for executives. That experience brought so much of my passion and purpose into focus. I realized that the most complex systems I would ever work with were people. Through that realization, I ultimately moved into program management, transformational change, coaching, and team development. ​ In 2009, I founded Niche Solutions. Since then, I've advised Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, and growing organizations on enterprise transformation, leadership, and organizational change.
